What is in this release?
Include title in mail notification of project and task
New: Email notifications about projects and tasks now include the title in the subject and in the email body. This makes it easier to quickly assess the content and relevance of notifications, as with tickets.
Restore archived ticket categories
New: Archived ticket categories can now be restored via a filterable view. Restore is done with confirmation and retains all linked data. The management pages feature the new design in the process.
Filter for open tasks
New: In the tasks overview under employees, relations and projects, a filter is now available to show only open tasks. In addition, the “Responsible” filter now allows filtering by treatment groups.
Search functionality in communication feed for tasks and projects
New: The communication feed of tasks and projects now includes a search window that allows employees and contacts to quickly find relevant items. Results are filtered in real time based on the search term.
Making task indicators dynamic using “Responsible” filter
Improved: The red and orange task indicators in the “Tasks” menu now show the number of today’s expired and scheduled tasks based on the active “Responsible” filter. The display adjusts immediately when the filter is changed.
Make task indicators dynamic using “Executive employees/groups” filter
Improved: The red and orange task indicators in the “Tasks” menu now respond to the active “Executive employees/groups” filter. Numbers are immediately adjusted based on the selected filter for a more accurate overview.
Ability to filter by archived general categories
New: In the overview of time records, archived general categories can now be filtered via the “Category” filter. This helps administrators to quickly distinguish between active and inactive categories.
Resolved bugs
Creditcheck gives #404 message
Resolved: The credit check from the relationship card now works as expected and no longer returns a 404 message. Results are retrieved and displayed correctly, provided the correct conditions are met.
Employee must be non-clickable for contact
Resolved: Employees are no longer clickable for logged-in contacts, preventing unjustified 403 notifications and keeping the interface clearer.
Error message when importing products with due date entered
Resolved: Importing products with an entered due date from a previously exported file no longer gives an error message. Data from own exports is now recognized and processed correctly.
Product category is not saved from a product
Resolved: When creating or editing a product, the selected product category is now saved and displayed correctly in both the overview and detail view.
General search function gives white screen
Resolved: Using the Enter key in the general search no longer results in a white screen. Searches are now processed correctly and results are displayed immediately, including the possibility of further refinement.
Images in tickets cannot be retrieved
Resolved: Images in tickets are loading correctly again. Fixed an issue with invalid characters in the file name, so screenshots are now visible in comments.
Ticket module bugs
Resolved: Several bugs in the ticket module have been fixed, including incorrect display of responses, incorrect behavior when changing priority or status, and inconsistencies in communication positioning. Also, actions such as “Put on hold,” “Assign to” and “Change priority” now function correctly for both employees and service partner contacts. Filter and display errors have also been resolved.
Permission checks for exports within company/project/employee/contact screens missing
Resolved: Export icons in detail views of companies, projects, employees and contacts are now shown only to users with the correct export permission. This has prevented unwanted access to export functionality and 403 error messages.
Mail notifications are sent to contacts incorrectly
Resolved: Contacts with ‘Can login’ disabled no longer receive email notifications on ticket updates. Contacts with login privileges continue to receive notifications as usual, with no impact on their registration in the ticket.
